Indian actress and former model Anushka Sharma at the launch of BBC Top Gear magazine's special issue

Anushka Sharma (Hindi: अनुष्का शर्मा born 1 May 1988) is an Indian actress and former model who appears in Bollywood films. In 2008, she made her screen debut in Aditya Chopra's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and later received acclaim for her role as Shruti Kakkar in Band Baaja Baaraat (2010). Both the films fetched her a Filmfare Award for Best Actress nomination.
